I agree that competition is less rewarding than cooperation, especially if you are not good enough at certain game.
Achieving something epic stunt or achieve goal in a group is awesome. The World Wingsuit League i didnt care about, but i love videos where people base proximity fly in a formation. Or formation with planes and manouvers.
I love playing with a group against AI.
And formation of a community that is tight and active, at least physically in a game world. Sharing the experience. For BASE, only one game exists that had a true community that you could even share the same music playing at once while jumping (Like Sail Awolnation for example) and its 12 year old GTA SA right @Skyfreak Thats why we are so excited for multi.
Just a random mind thought about the latency problem, it only sounds interesting (to me), but if both players played "in the past" and you used a trick where every action with controller would only result in animation of a roll but not actual XYZ move - up until both computers get the message about it (with time latency prediction and not feedback message) and execute the XYZ move.
While you cant that do that in shooters, i think you could get away with it even in driving game. While it might be weird at first, i think you can get used to it. But i am not sure if and how it would work, just a random mindstorm...

...fun factIstory; I once played Killing Floor (1) and i had some serious latency problems. When my action would register like SECONDS after i made my mouse or keyboard move. So, after playing for a while like that, my mind kinda adapted to it i suppose (i still had truble playing tho i was unaware of my mind adapting to it). When i stopped playing and went around the house, my mind -i guess- was still trying to correct for me and I had real truble going around corners and through doorways thinking i will hit and need to turn early or else i might hit one in one and feeling detached from my body lol. Very bizzare. hhh Did take a little while to go away xD
Nice show You could have like poster in middle, maybe one drink or beverage on table and comfy chairs or sofa. I actually enjoyed the footage you edited into the video in a center square. Nice editing.
Btw I im not newcomer and I visit main volo page many times as portal to forum but I still LOVE the looks of it. You got so many things done right with this game. I mean it, well done all of you. The name is suitable unique. Physics feel great. Sounds are super nice, not only in volo but Aurora Wager too! Environment and Graphics look good. Artwork and design are spot on. Engaging with community, listening to it and also actively doing what they ask.
More people need to know about this game! And i want to share my enthusiasm and fun with other people. Socializing like Base jumpers do.
So to encourage people to buy keys and give out to their friends you (i dont know how, in steam is option to buy more keys at once with a little discount but you want people to buy from itch.io to not get steam to get major chunk of the cash) need to direct and tell people to go to itch.io and buy there as a gift or something.

Id love to contribute money through itch but it doesnt take PaysafeCard sadly. So if I buy key to gift i will do it on steam. Youll definitly get some money from me in short, but on long run if you release skins and stuff ill contribute more. Ask people to gift keys around to encourage people to share experience and play game. I forgot how you got promoting game sorted out but that is at least making your active viewers and followers make advertise for you.
